SALES VISIT - USED

Bought a truck and paid in full after 30 days still not get title and paperwork done, temporary plate expired and had to extend it and now the dealership door is closed and no one to contact, calls and tex get title and paperwork done, temporary plate expired and had to extend it and now the dealership door is closed and no one to contact, calls and texts were not responded, do not do any more business with them, scam alerts!!! Where do I begin? Purchased a 2014 F150 but check engine light was on and Laras advised that the issue was a simple replacement of the catalytic converter but against Purchased a 2014 F150 but check engine light was on and Laras advised that the issue was a simple replacement of the catalytic converter but against better judgment I signed docs for the vehicle with the understanding that the appropriate repairs would be made and emissions passed before I took possession. 24 days later, and supposedly 2 transmissions later, the vehicle is still not ready. Shawn O’Brien and Jaime Gutierrez, have been avoiding my calls and not giving me any updates. Buyer Beware!!! Do not do business with these clowns! More

It is now 11/2019 and many phone calls later we still haven't received a phone callback from the supposed manager. This place is a joke and you should stay as far away from it as possible. I have their WE Owe You statement so my next step after the BBB will be straight to an attorney, its a matter of principal now and if you say your going to do something then you should do it. More

Worst Car Buying Experience I just purchased a Toyota Corolla from this dealership. Took it to Pep Boys where they also failed to tell me that the car was leaking transmission fl I just purchased a Toyota Corolla from this dealership. Took it to Pep Boys where they also failed to tell me that the car was leaking transmission fluid. I'm assuming Lara's did some shady things to quick fix this crack because it was leaking by the time I parked it in my driveway 70 miles later. Today I dropped it off at the dealership. It did pass emissions but they informed me that the TRANSMISSION PAN IS CRACKED.... Now it needs a new pan and gasket. I now get to spend $650 on a car that I just purchased. So very thankful that the car came with an "as is" buyers guide. After being more than pleasant with you guys, I waited 45 minutes for the car to be brought around to get it inspected then waited for the filters to be changed after I returned.... To be sent home without an emissions test because it wouldn't pass until after I drove it 80 miles and a bag of hot Cheetos in the middle console. I am beyond disgusted that I am in the situation and will not be recommending this dealership to anyone. I worked with Tony and Carlos. Both completely clueless except for the fact that they knew were screwing me over. More
