1. To set up your Infinite Campus for the first time,

• Visit:https://gacyber.infinitecampus.org/campus/K12_Custom/cParent/index.jsp?appName=gacyber
• Enter your Student ID Number and Student Date of Birth
• click Submit.

Note:

If you have multiple students at GCA, just choose one of them. Your account will be inkedto each of your students.

2. If your account has not been activated, you will be provided with your GUID numberon the next screen. Highlight and copy or take note of this number.

• click "Activate Your Parent Portal Account Now"

3. Enter the Activation Key(GUID number). If pasting,copy and paste it in sections. Pasting all of it at once will not be entered into the cells correctly. Once entered, click Submit.
4. Log into Infinite Campus: https://gacyber.infinitecampus.org/campus/portal/gacyber.jsp
5. Type in the Username and Password that you just created, and click Sign In

Once you’ve set up your Infinite Campus Account, you will use the following steps to log in successfully:

1. Login to the Infinite Campus Parent Portal Website: https://gacyber.infinitecampus.org/campus/portal/gacyber.jsp?status=logo ff
2. Type in the Username and Password that you just created, and click Sign In.
3. Once logged in, go to Account Settings from the left navigation bar and make sure to enter a Security Email (Note – please do not use your georgiacyber email address since it will not receive emails from sources outside of GCA, e.g. Infinite Campus). This will allow you to retrieve your credentials if lost or forgotten.

Check for messages, manage your account, get the Infinite Campus mobile app, and more from the Parent Portal home page. To view information about your student, select your student name from the drop-down at the top of the screen.

• Use the left navigation bar to select the page you would like to view.

• If a student is in grades K-8, you can click on the Grades tab and see the most recently graded assignments, and the overall averages of each course. Please note that the “Grades by Course” section comes from a student’s schedule. There are courses listed here for which students do not receive a grade, i.e. Individualized Learning, A Quick Welcome to Online Learning, and Supplemental Activities.
• If you would like to see a report card format of your student’s grades, please select "Report" from the left navigation bar.
• To see the breakdown of grades within a course, click on the course name.
• This opens the Grading Task Summary. From this screen, you can see what assignments have been given and what those grades are.

Note: You will only see scores for your GCA student through the Assessments Tab in the Parent Portal if your student took the Georgia Milestones EOC/EOG as a GCA student. Incoming scores from other school districts will be made available through the Statewide Longitudinal Data System (SLDS).

Log in to the Infinite Campus Parent Portal: https://gacyber.infinitecampus.org/campus/portal/gacyber.jsp?status=login

1. Once logged in, choose your student’s name from the drop-down at the top of the screen. If you only have one student who attends GCA, then your page will default to the screen that you need to see.
2. Once the page is on a specific student, locate the word “Assessment” on the left navigation bar, click it, and it will show your student’s scores.
3. If you have any questions regarding your student’s scores, please contact your student’s homeroom teacher.

2. Choose SLDS Portal from the bottom of the left navigation bar:

You may use the parent account or the student account to access the SLDS. If you are using the parent account, and you have multiple students at GCA, you will be able to toggle between their information by selecting each name from the drop down one at a time. If using the student account, only that student’s information will show. The screenshot below is from a parent account that has a drop-down available for toggling between students.

• Performance: This is where you may view your student’s Georgia Student Growth Model (GSGM) report and your student’s Individual Score Report (ISR). These are downloadable reports that you may print for your records. Additionally, you will see previous CRCT and Milestones scores, if applicable. Growth Percentiles and Lexile scores are also available for you to see. To download either of the reports, click on the blue name (Ex: Georgia Milestones ISR). This will open a new window. Click the down arrow for the test administration you would like to download.

• Performance: This is where you may view your student’s NWEA MAP scores. Scroll down the page until you see the area entitled Local Assessments. The scores are categorized by school year. Clicking the plus sign will maximize scores for the school year indicated. Scores for the current year are not posted until the official testing window has closed for each cycle.

1. Log in to your GCA Infinite Campus account at the following link:

https://gacyber.infinitecampus.org/campus/portal/gacyber.jsp?status=logoff This link is unique to Georgia Cyber Academy parents and students. Be sure to choose Campus Student or Campus Parent as it applies to you.

2. From the dashboard of Infinite Campus, choose Documents from the left side menu. Choose the current school year and click on Report Card.

3. A pop-out will appear that allows you to view, download, and print the report card, using the functions in the upper right corner. The report card will include the student’s identifying information, including the date and time the report was generated.

4. If there are multiple students for one parent, view each report card using the drop down list of students under the right corner of the Infinite Campus account.

5. If the student is accessing the report card from their GCA Chromebook, they can download it directly into their Google Drive.
